From what I've read, French Guiana is part of "France", so same visa requirements that apply to France will apply to French Guiana. In which case, Canadians do not require a visa. However, when talking to some European friends, they told me that Americans needed visas to FG, so thought maybe Canadians would as well. I haven't been able to get a firm answer from online searches!!
